These terms apply to every order placed on this website.

Placing an order
Your order is accepted when you receive an order number. If we cannot fulfil an order, we cancel it and refund anything you have paid.
Prices
Prices are in naira. Produce prices move with the market, so the amount charged is the total confirmed at checkout when you place the order.
Delivery and pickup
We deliver within Lagos State in the window you choose, or you can collect from our Surulere store. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay; see delivery areas and fees.
Payment
Pay by card through Paystack when you order, or by cash or bank transfer when your order arrives. Pay-on-delivery orders are paid in full to the rider.
Substitutions
If an item is unavailable, we call before offering a substitute. If you decline, or we cannot reach you, the item is left out and not charged.
Refunds
Refunds follow our freshness promise.
